100% Pastured Chicken Bone Broth
Our pasture-raised chicken bones are rated STEP 5 and come from family-run farms committed to regenerative farming without the use of hormones, antibiotics, pesticides or GMOs. Beyond organic, our collagen-rich, gut-healing bone broth is low in sodium, alkalizing, and every cup contains 60mcg of thyroid- and metabolism-boosting iodine (60% RDI) from slow-simmering with seaweed. Plus, it’s made in small stovetop batches and frozen fresh to preserve nutrients.

100% Pastured Chicken
Used in some of our Family-Friendly Soups, our organic, pasture-raised chicken is rated STEP 5 and comes from family-run farms committed to regenerative farming without the use of hormones, antibiotics, pesticides or GMOs. Compared to conventional, factory-farmed chicken, pastured contains approximately 20% less fat, 50% more vitamin A and significantly more omega-3s.

Soaked & Sprouted Grains & Legumes
Improperly prepared grains and legumes are likely to contribute to inflammation. We take a 3-4 day process to soak and sprout before cooking them to provide many health benefits including digestive support. Soaking and sprouting breaks down the phytic acid and other anti-nutrients to make them more digestible, and increases nutrient availability to absorb more essential amino acids, and zinc, iron and calcium.

Raw Nuts & Seeds
In moderation, nuts and seeds are some of the healthiest foods you can eat due to their beneficial fats, plant protein, fiber and antioxidants. But when it comes to nutrient availability, quality matters. Because of this, we source only raw, certified organic nuts and seeds from reputable farmers without the use of pesticides and other adverse chemicals. To guarantee the strictest farming regulations for the integrity of our food as medicine, we do not source from China.

In their raw form, nuts and seeds preserve more of their naturally occurring nutrients. They also contain less sodium and harmful free radicals because they are void of rancid and inflammatory omega-6 oils and processed salts that are traditionally used in roasted varieties.

Used in many of our market offerings such as our Salad of the Week, if not prepared raw, we minimally toast our nuts and seeds and often add our Health-Boosting Seasoning Blends to further boost their nutritional value.

Nut Milk
Our commitment is to clean—and we don’t fall short with our almond milk. Made in-house, we use just two simple ingredients: certified organic almonds and filtered water. This provides the premium, plant-based milk you’re looking for without all the junk. No artificial flavors or colors. No gums, fillers, carrageenan, binders, oils, preservatives or added sugars. Just purity you can trust! 

Why almond milk? We use almonds because they bring alkalinity to the body. In addition, almonds are a good source of healthy Omega-3 fats, bowel-regulating fiber, calming magnesium, antioxidant-rich Vitamin E and plant protein.

Health-Boosting Seasoning Blends
Spices enhance metabolism and act as connecting links between ingredients to make them more digestible. Even in small doses, spices help reawaken your digestive system by either heating or cooling your body. Included in almost all of our offerings, just 1 teaspoon of our seasoning blends provides almost 40% of the recommended daily intake of antioxidants—nutrients needed to fight free radicals.

Homegrown Sprouts
Part of our weekly salads, sprouts are a powerhouse of nutrition. In fact, they’re so good for you, we spend 5-6 days soaking and sprouting our organic seeds!

Rich in alkalizing minerals, essential fatty acids and antioxidants, sprouts also provide abundant enzymes to make for one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. With up to 100 times more natural enzymes than raw fruits and vegetables, they help fight free radicals, improve digestion and nutrient absorption, and support cellular regeneration.

Unrefined Sea Salt 
All salt (sodium) is not a good thing. The quality of the salt we use is quite important: unrefined sea salt or Himalayan pink salt with no additives. Unrefined salts are rich in trace minerals that are destroyed in processed table salt.

Avocado & Coconut Oil
Refined coconut (it doesn’t have the coconut taste) and avocado oils are the two oils we use for high-heat cooking due to their high smoke points. Oils with higher smoke points take longer to break down and are less likely to become rancid and oxidize. Oxidized oils can cause damage to cells inside your body, and are linked to inflammation and cancer.

A nutrient-dense superfood that’s the richest known source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), coconut oil is rich in healthy saturated fats and antioxidants to promote brain health, boost immunity, and strengthen thyroid function.

Rich in phytonutrients including antioxidants, avocado oil is a free radical-fighting “super oil” that protects cellular mitochondria from destruction. It’s also a powerful weapon against heart disease and aging.

Wild-caught Fish
Our wild-caught, Alaskan Sockeye salmon and Alaskan Pacific cod fillets are pin-bone free, individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. Sustainably harvested from a fisherman-owned and -operated company, this premium quality fish is rich in nutrients (without the chemicals including food dyes and PCBs often found in farmed fish) for the freshest catch from the boat to your table!

Fun Facts: Each fillet of our Alaskan Sockeye salmon contains 70% of your daily recommended vitamin D intake, along with 54g protein and 2,400mg omega-3s. One fillet of our Alaskan Pacific cod provides up to 66% of your daily recommended iodine intake, as well as 46g protein and 560mg of omega-3s.

Natural Sugars
Added sugar is a hot topic, as too much (and not the right kind) leads to inflammation. Your body can handle things in moderation, so if we do add a little sugar in our cooking processes, we make sure it’s a healthier, natural option. Our products contain only: 1) unrefined, local raw honey for its antioxidants and antibacterial properties, 2) 100% pure maple syrup for its trace minerals including manganese, zinc and iron, and 3) minimally processed coconut sugar for its minerals and lower glycemic index.

Reishi Mushroom
Reishi, commonly referred to as the “mushroom of immortality,” helps ease stress and anxiety, heal the adrenals, boost immunity and prevent cancer cell growth.
