Looking for something fun and educational for the kids to do? Have a junior chef looking to expand their skills? Our cooking classes are your answer for kids’ culinary fun!

Geared toward children ages 11-14, our kids classes are a great way for your child to explore and have fun in the kitchen. Guided by our Chef and Nutritionist, they’ll learn the importance of eating the rainbow, and become comfortable working with recipes and cooking healthy seasonal meals geared toward their age group. Aside from gaining basic kitchen skills, your child will be exposed to a variety of fresh and healthy food options to create again at home!

Kids will enjoy a serving of each dish prepared, all made from organic seasonal produce and non-GMO ingredients.

Seasonal Menu:

  • Quinoa, cheese and pepper pizza bites with veggie-loaded marinara sauce (GF, VG)
  • Cheesy cauliflower tater tots with kicked-up ketchup (GF, VG)
  • Crispy broccoli and pecorino cheese fritters with creamy, cucumber yogurt sauce (GF, VG)
  • Homemade “gogurt” sticks (frozen fruit and yogurt) (GF, VG)

GF = Gluten Free, DF = Dairy Free, VG = Vegetarian, V = Vegan

NOTE: To optimize your child’s learning experience, this class is limited to 10 people. Because your child will be standing and actively working throughout the class, we recommend he or she wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
