Are you confused about how to eat well and feel better? Tired of trying to “get healthy” but are “getting nowhere?” In this foundations course, our Wellness Chef and Nutritionist will be your invaluable resources, cutting through all of the nutrition confusion and empowering you to make healthier choices to reclaim your health with real foods.

We’ll discuss how to stock a healthy pantry, fridge and freezer—the key to success when it comes to clean eating. Aside from fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, you’ll learn to fill your kitchen with other nutritious staples including grains, legumes, and canned and frozen foods—brand names are even provided! We’ll also discuss healthier dairy, fish and poultry options, along with the importance of having the right essential basics to every meal (i.e. fats, oils, vinegars, salts and spices) to ensure your healthy cooking success!
