About This Cooking Class

Cooking fish doesn’t have to be left to the professionals—by learning very basic cooking techniques, you can prepare simple, quick and healthy meals from the sea that your family will be hooked on!

​This class is not about learning to properly de-bone and fillet a whole fish. It’s about teaching you how to purchase high-quality, wild-caught cuts of fish, and how to prepare it fast, fresh and simply any day of the week. Plus, it’s chock full of the good fats and anti-inflammatory Omega-3s your body needs!

Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.​
