About this Class

Cooking fish doesn’t have to be left to the professionals—by learning very basic cooking techniques, you can prepare simple, quick and healthy meals from the sea that your family will be hooked on!

This class is not about learning to properly de-bone and fillet a whole fish. It’s about teaching you how to purchase high-quality, wild-caught cuts of fish, and how to prepare it fast, fresh and simply any day of the week. Plus, it’s chock full of the good fats and anti-inflammatory Omega-3s your body needs!

Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.

  • Oven-roasted, wild-caught cod fillets with fresh tomato and four-herb butter sauce (GF)
