Join us for this two-hour demo class to learn easy ways to transform seasonal farm-fresh produce, hearty beans, earthy grains, and crunchy nuts and seeds into delicious vegetarian meals that are still packed with protein. By learning simple cooking technique, eating REAL food, and limiting your exposure to fast and processed foods, you’ll say no to cancer using food as medicine.
