With the change in seasons, what better than to cozy up with a warm and delicious holiday-style feast! This seasonal class features an array of winter’s bounty along with the highest-quality proteins from trusted, local vendors.

We’ll teach you fun ways to incorporate winter’s fresh bounty into a variety of dishes—utilizing organic fruits and vegetables and the sweet and savory flavors of the holidays. You’ll learn how easy it is to roast and incorporate root vegetables into salads and sides, along with easy techniques for tender, stuffed turkey breast. Spice up your weeknight cooking this winter—and treat your family and friends to a healthy and hearty, seasonal meal!

​Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.​
