Looking to lighten up dinnertime? Easy to digest and full nutrient-dense ingredients, soups are your answer! Soups may seem complicated or time-consuming, but if you know the basics (and you will), you can make homemade soup quickly and easily—and it won’t be full of preservatives, processed salts or artificial ingredients.

Soups also store and freeze well, making them a go-to weeknight dinner, convenient thermos lunch, or quick afternoon snack. Combine your soup with a green salad and homemade dressing, and you’ll have a nutrient-packed medley of seasonal vegetables, proteins, herbs and spices in no time!

​Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.​

Seasonal Menu:

  • Fiber-loaded, three-bean Romagna minestrone with spinach, zucchini and potatoes, topped with fresh basil and optional* black kale pesto (GF, DF*)
  • Stuffed pepper soup with pasture-raised ground chicken, sprouted brown rice, fresh herbs and optional* creamy shredded manchego cheese (GF, DF*)
  • Sprouted red quinoa, roasted carrot batons, and baby red leaf and herb salad with lemon-mustard vinaigrette and toasted spiced pecans (GF, DF, VG, V)
