Brianna is a writer, classically trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America with a passion for Italian food and wine culture, and Chef/Owner of The Wholesome Kitchen of Chicago.

Chef Brianna’s favorite cooking is the kind that beckons you to sit around the table with the ones you love to pause, sip and savor—and we’ll do just that! Take a stroll through Italy and enjoy the rich culinary traditions that Brianna has to share! With her experience living and cooking in Italy (she still leads annual food tours through Italy), Chef Brianna will tantalize your taste buds with authentic Italian favorites like bruschetta, homemade pasta, and a dessert that’s all heart and no hassle. Learn how to make savory and sweet dishes that are heavily influenced by the Italian ethos of simplicity and seasonality, and leave saying “that’s amore!”
