Join us for this two-hour demo class to learn how to easily transform seasonal farm-fresh produce, wild-caught or pastured proteins, hearty beans and grains, and crunchy nuts and seeds into delicious meals. By learning simple cooking technique, eating REAL food, and limiting your exposure to fast and processed foods, you’ll naturally support a nutritious, clean eating diet.

  • Wild-caught, baked lemon cod with immune-boosting spices served over roasted eggplant, fennel, pepper and onions in white wine, tomatoes, capers and herbs (GF, DF)
