Join us to learn the critical role that the adrenal and thyroid glands play in hormone balance, weight, metabolism, blood pressure, and energy and mood. We’ll cover different types of stress and the severe impact it has on the body. Plus, discover the two most important lifestyle practices that will help naturally heal the adrenals, along with the ingredients, and home and body care products to ditch in order to keep these glands functioning optimally. We’ll also discuss nutrient deficiencies that contribute to thyroid imbalance and foods that help boost natural thyroid hormone production.

This workshop includes:

  • Seasonal, plant-based organic lunch prepared by our Wellness Chef
  • Organic herbal tea and mineral-infused water
  • Nutrition and food education from our Master Nutrition Therapist
  • Recipe of the meal enjoyed
