About this Class

Nothing satisfies more than simmering soups on the stove that nourish the body and soul. Soups may seem complicated or time-consuming, but if you know the basics (and you will), you can make homemade soup (or stews) quickly and easily—and they won’t be full of preservatives, processed salts, MSG, GMO products or other artificial ingredients.

​Soups and stews also store and freeze well, making them a go-to weeknight dinner, convenient thermos lunch, or quick afternoon snack. Combine your soup with a green salad and you’ll have a nutrient-packed medley of seasonal vegetables, proteins, herbs and spices in no time!

​Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.​

Seasonal Menu:

  • New England four-onion soup with cider and optional* Vermont-cheddar toasts (DF, *GF)
  • Creamy cauliflower hazelnut soup topped with crispy cauliflower crumbles, optional* turkey bacon and optional** sage breadcrumbs (GF**, DF**, VG*)
  • Charred broccoli and onion salad with arugula, honey crisp apple, creamy lemon-tahini dressing and spiced pumpkin seeds (GF, DF, VG, V)
